(a) Minimum system requirements

(i) Installation of anti-virus software in accordance with the Subscriber Security Policy

(ii) For PC, Microsoft Windows 10 or higher

(iii) For Apple Mac, versions Monterey (12.x.x) or higher

(b) Supported browsers – accessing the PEXAGo, latest version or otherwise supported version of:

(i) Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)

(ii) Chrome

(iii) Firefox, and

(iv) Safari

(c) Supported platforms for the Okta Verify mobile application

(i) Android

(ii) iOS

(d) Ability to perform multi-factor authentication

Users who are required to perform multi-factor authentication must:

(i) have access to a mobile phone with the supported OS version and

(ii) have the Okta Verify application installed as per PEXA Help Centre
