Pexa and Socomor sign exclusive distribution aerospace contract - 28/06/04
Socomor, one of the World's leading producers of surface treatment technologies has appointed Pexa as exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland, of its complete range of corrosion inhibiting compounds for aerospace applications. This product range includes the Airbus approved "Socopac" range of long term corrosion inhibiting compounds with many unique properties, designed to protect aircraft structures from corrosion and offer long term cost of ownership reductions for operators.
In addition to these products, Pexa will stock and technically support Socomor's wide range of aerospace products including cleaners, solvents, wipes, temporary protectives and chemical milling maskants.
Pexa is already an approved stockist of aerospace paints and coatings from market leader Akzo Nobel, together with a wide range of associated approved products. Pexa provide technical advice on product selection and use, particularly on compliance with environmental legislation. Pexa is an Airbus UK, BAE Systems and ISO9001 approved stockist.
Aerospace companies in the UK and Ireland will now be able to benefit from an enhanced service on these important products, which are already widely used throughout continental Europe.
