Pexa combats next Swine Flu outbreak - 06/10/09
Pexa, the leading supplier of high technology materials to the aerospace and defence industries, has secured the exclusive UK distribution rights to supply the Netbiokem range to the aviation industry. Proven to eliminate the swine flu H1N1 virus, the Netbiokem range is the only product range with aircraft approval together with an official Airbus approval and approval by the Pasteur Institute for effectiveness against H1N1. In addition Netbiokem is effective against TB, Avian Flu and SARS.
Experts are predicting that swine flu cases may increase again this forthcoming winter, whilst new vaccines are eagerly awaiting by those and most risk.
Overseas air travel is thought to have been a major contributor in the global spread of H1N1, and the limited and enclosed environment of aircraft is thought to increase the transmission of infections, such as the H1N1 virus from person to person, so the availability of products in order to combat another outbreak will be crucial. If predications are correct, shortages of approved products are possible and therefore early provision of products, such as the Netbiokem range, is advised.
