Packaging

In addition to stocking and supplying Akzo Nobel's range of coatings for the aerospace and defence industries, Pexa provides a packaging service which allows small and special packs to be supplied in nearly any product.

Pexa use both semi-automatic and manual filling techniques to produce both small and large batches of special packs. Depending on the product we fill either gravimetrically or volumetrically. Our ISO9001 approved quality system and our Airbus UK approval include refilling of aerospace coatings as part of the scope. We maintain full batch traceability and supply all deliveries with a Certificate of Conformance.

Dual Cartridge

Dual cartridge kits contain a nominal 50 ml of paint and hardener, they can be dispensed easily by hand or by using a dispensing gun. The paint and hardener are mixed through a static mixer nozzle during the dispensing process. Mix ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1 are available.

Kitten^™

The Kitten pack is Pexa's special Small kit for 2 component paints. Kittens can be filled with 50-175 ml of any aerospace coating. They allow any mix ratio to be supplied and mixed by simply unscrewing the lid.
