myPexaStore is a fully capable online consignment stock programme. It is designed to allow Pexa's customers in the aerospace industry to have a World Class real time view of their available inventory. Management of stocks is vital to the delivery of complex aerospace projects and can mean the difference between success and failure.
Pexa supplies stocks of its high tech surface finishing and chemical products to be held at the customer's premises but which remain the property of Pexa, thereby keeping the cost of inventory off the customer's books. The stocks are delivered with barcode labels applied by Pexa and the stock becomes visible at the customers personal store at www.myPexaStore.com or via the Pexa website.
The customer takes and uses the products as they wish; when products are taken from the store the bar code on the item is swiped using the hand held wireless scanner. The scanner uploads the stock movement to the myPexaStore website where the complete stock list for the store is maintained. Any user at the customer can view the stock on the web simply by logging on to the secure website. The "master user" at Pexa's HQ monitors the stock and sends in replenishment orders to ensure that stock outs never occur.
Pexa's ERP System - Microsoft Dynamics®, automatically updates the stock on the database when the replenishment is despatched so that all users are aware of the new stock.
Real time inventory visibility is simple.
