Pexa P800 High Temperature Resistant
This product is a modified silicone alkyd finish with high temperature resistance up to 400°C in a black finish. It is suitable for surfaces such as jet pipes, jet engines, exhausts etc.
Key properties include:
- High heat resistance
- Good solvent, chemical and corrosion resistance
- Insulative properties
- Fast air drying and stoving
- Adheres to aluminium or blasted steel substrates
Pexa P2003 Epoxy Topcoat
This product is a highly durable and fluid resistant epoxy finish available in a range of gloss levels. P2003 is approved for Def Stan 80-161 and meets the requirements of DTD5555a. These requirements are comparable with those of Mil-PRF-22750. We can deliver small quantities of all colours on a quick turnaround.
This product is easy to apply and delivers a high quality epoxy finish in full gloss, semi-gloss, eggshell and matt finishes.
Lord Chemglaze® B9942A
Pexa produces Chemglaze® B9942A under licence from the Lord® Corporation and is the sole outlet for this high specification coating.
Chemglaze® B9942 – is a high build, high solids epoxy coating. It is designed for coating the inside of aluminium casting pits. It can be roller applied to dry, damp or wet surfaces. The expected service life is minimum 2 years.
Chemglaze® B9942 is a high solids, two component, epoxy coating containing a special inert filler to provide film build and lower the coefficient of thermal expansion. This coating was designed for applications where a durable, chemical resistant material is required. Chemglaze® B 9942 can be applied directly to, wet or dry concrete, steel, wood and most other surfaces. The cured film is odourless and non-toxic and may be used in food and potable water service.
Chemglaze® B9942 has excellent chemical resistance and is not harmed by splash, spillage or fumes of petroleum products, alkalis, acids, salt and fresh water, alcohols and other solvents. In addition, Chemglaze® B9942 is suitable for short periods of immersion in concentrated acids and alkalis.
Everslik® 1201 and Everslik® 1301
These coatings are produced by Everlube Products, the world leading producer of bonded surface coatings and lubricants. They provide extreme fluid and corrosion resistance for steel structures and are suitable for oil and gas applications where prolonged water contact is possible. Applications include pipework, valves and flanges where surfaces are in contact with each other.
Everslik® 1201- is a thermally cured solvent based epoxy coating with extreme toughness, chemical and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for valves, fittings and functional components used in the petrochemical and offshore drilling industries.
Everslik® 1201 is a complete coating in its own right, it can be overcoated with Everslik® 1301 if additional lubricating properties are required for mating surfaces.
Everslik® 1301 – is a specially bonded solid film lubricant especially formulated for the heavy-duty industrial market. It provides good lubricity and corrosion resistance and prevents galling and seizing. It has found great acceptance in the petrochemical industry, especially on threaded fasteners and jack screws.
Everslik® 1301 uses Molybdenum Disulphide combined with a high performance resins to achieve long term performance. It can be applied to pretreated metal or combined with Everslik® 1201 to create a long life system.
Pexa Minitanks
The Pexa Minitank range has been specifically designed for quick and easy dispensing of non-agitated paints and solvents such as Aerowave Primer 2001 and Topcoat 3003.
Easy to install and simple to fill, use and clean, the Pexa Minitank eliminates tiresome decanting of paints and solvents enabling users to have frequently used materials dispensed at the turn of a tap.
The Minitank range is manufactured in West Yorkshire using British stainless steel and can be wall mounted.
The Pexa Minitank is available in two sizes; Minitank 1 with a capacity of 15L and Minitank 2, capacity 5L.

Pexa Dynamite wipes are the easy solution to hand cleaning without leaving the work station. Each wipe contains the optimum amount of cleaner and moisturiser. The wipes are textured for absorption and have an abrasive side for fast removal of stubborn materials.
