Pneumatic Can Crushers

Pexa's range of UK manufactured pneumatic can crushing machines can save significant waste disposal costs. Crushed cans take up only 1/6 the volume of uncrushed cans and therefore reduce waste volumes and the associated disposal costs dramatically.

Pexa can also site a 1M3 cage next to the machine and collect these.

Model UCC 20

This Pneumatic Model will crush from 1ltr to 6ltr cans up to 320mm in height. It is equipped with a double acting pneumatic cylinder with 300mm stoke and 125mm bore which provides a 865kg force at 8 bar. As a safety feature the door cannot be opened while crushing is in progress.

This Pneumatic Model will crush from 1ltr to 30ltr drums up to 480mm in height. It is equipped with a double acting pneumatic cylinder with 500mm stoke and 200mm bore which provides a 2500kg force at 8 bar. As a safety feature the door cannot be opened while crushing is in progress.
